Ryan’s love for quality construction started early, tagging along with his dad and grandpa to check jobs at Balas Homes in California. He began as a laborer for one of the biggest private builders in the Puget Sound area and earned his Construction Management degree from Edmonds Community College while working full time as a Superintendent. Over the years, he’s gained a wealth of experience leading operations and building strong relationships with top local trade partners. Known for his commitment to quality and ethical practices, Ryan consistently delivers projects on time and on budget, making him a key part of Balas Construction. Outside of work, he and his wife, Amy, inspire their two boys to enjoy the outdoors through hiking, hunting, and sports, while staying active in their church community.
